Analytics Information architecture is concerned with both the design and practice of integrated business analytics and information management (AIM) environment. This 4-day hands-on role focused workshop provides an interactive forum to learn and apply a model-driven applied adaptive AIM architecture modelling and and strategic planning. Adaptive Analytics Information Architecture

Analytics is concerned with the discovery of actionable insights from quality information for effective decision making, efficient actions and outcomes. Information management is concerned with the collection and integration of information (e.g. content, data and documents) from different sources and making it ready for analytics. Adaptive analytics information architecture is an integral part of the overall adaptive enterprise architecture.

Delivery:

Participants will work on a model-driven adaptive analytics information architecture project from beginning to end.   The workshop will be presented in an interactive style combining case study examples and exercises. Each participant will be provided with a set of workshop slides.

Assessment: Demonstrate competence in workshop exercises and final architecture project showcase.
